We are sorry to hear you are having issues, but we are a little confused as to why you did not contact us directly when the problem first started so we could help diagnose it properly for you.
One very important thing to understand is that when changing from an organic/resin brake pad to a full sintered compound, the existing transfer layer left on the rotor by the old pads has to be removed and replaced with a new sintered transfer layer. This process takes significantly longer to bed in correctly compared to simply replacing the same compound type.
During this bedding process, noise and vibration can happen if there are inconsistencies within the braking system. Brake pads themselves do not “make noise” — noise is caused by vibration resonance created by contamination, uneven pad transfer, piston imbalance, rotor inconsistencies, alignment issues, or an incomplete transfer layer on the rotor surface.
Sintered pads are a much harder and more aggressive compound compared to organic pads, so they will highlight issues within the system far more than a soft organic compound would.
