HEL Brakes Warranty and Crash Replacement

HEL's manufacturer warranty covers HEL brake lines for life and HEL brake systems, main components, accessories and spare parts for 12 months, subject to HEL's published terms. These manufacturer terms are additional to the Gorilla Brakes warranty below.

Gorilla Brakes lifetime warranty

Every HEL product bought directly from Gorilla Brakes is also covered against manufacturing and material defects by the Gorilla Brakes Lifetime Warranty and Statutory Rights. Normal wear, crash damage, misuse, incorrect installation and the other stated exclusions apply.

HEL manufacturer claim

If you bought through another dealer, contact that dealer about a HEL manufacturer claim. If you bought directly from Gorilla Brakes, email support@gorillabrakes.com with your order number, a description and clear photographs or video. We will explain the applicable Gorilla Brakes and HEL routes.

HEL crash replacement

HEL may offer discounted replacement parts or a rebuild for crash-damaged brake systems outside warranty. The scheme is for the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and can be used once per brake system within three years of purchase or dispatch. Replacement parts must match the original model and colour; upgrades or substitutions are not included. Every request is subject to HEL's assessment, availability and current published terms.
