Shipping policy

Available delivery services, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed where delay is caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Consumer risk passes when the order is delivered, subject to applicable law.

Check the delivery address before placing your order and contact support@gorillabrakes.com promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

EU orders, VAT and IOSS

EU orders are currently dispatched from the United Kingdom. For eligible consignments sent to EU consumers with an intrinsic value of no more than €150, Gorilla Brakes collects VAT at checkout through its Irish IOSS registration. The IOSS identifier is supplied only through the customs process and is not published.

IOSS covers VAT only. Customs duty, carrier handling charges or other import charges may still apply. Orders above €150 fall outside IOSS and may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and carrier fees. Checkout shows the taxes and charges collected by Gorilla Brakes; any amount not collected at checkout may be payable before delivery.

Problems with delivery

Contact support@gorillabrakes.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing.

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Products bought directly from Gorilla Brakes have our Lifetime Warranty and Statutory Rights.
