The pads sent do not have the cooling fins attached to them as they should with the Shimano M8220/M8200 calipers .
I’ve not tried fitting the ones sent yet but it is disappointing that they are not the correct spec .
Delivery was fast and service reliable as usual.
Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback and support. We’re sorry the pads were not what you expected. These Factory Racing Organic pads use a non-finned D-type back plate. Shimano lists both finned and non-finned pads as compatible with the four-piston BR-M8220 caliper. We understand you expected fins, so please leave them unused and contact us with your order number.
