Returns Policy

At Gorilla Brakes Limited, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the unused product within 90 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at 0800 772 0937 (landline: 01524 297 046) or email us at sales@gorillabrakes.com. We will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) which will be your order number.

  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  3. Label and Send: Mark your RAN clearly on the outside of the package. Send your return to:

Refund Process

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at 0800 772 0937 (landline: 01524 297 046) so we can resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item using the process outlined above and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
