2) Package your return
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all included components.
Please include any paperwork that came with the order.

Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition.
Installed or used brake pads cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty.
