We offer a 1-year warranty on Gorilla Brakes products, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

How can I identify which brake pads fit my bike?
Start with the exact model marking printed on the brake caliper, then use the Gorilla Brakes Finder or the brand identification pages below. Do not rely on pad appearance alone. If the marking is unclear, send us clear photographs of the caliper and removed pad, together with the pad measurements.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free UK standard shipping is available on orders over £25.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
Unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 60 days of delivery. UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for the full conditions.
