• Email: messages can be sent at any time; we aim to reply within one working day.
• Live chat: available only while the website widget shows the team as online. Offline messages are answered within one working day.

Please include your order number where relevant. For fitment help, send the exact model marking printed on the brake caliper and clear photographs of the caliper and removed pad. Do not rely on pad appearance alone.

Returns

Unused, uninstalled products bought directly from Gorilla Brakes may be returned under our voluntary policy within 60 calendar days after delivery. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are separate. Read the full Returns Policy.

Lifetime warranty

Every product bought directly from Gorilla Brakes is covered against manufacturing and material defects by our lifetime commercial warranty. Normal wear and the stated exclusions apply. Read the full Lifetime Warranty and Statutory Rights.
