Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use gorillabrakes.com or buy products directly from Gorilla Brakes Limited. They do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Business details
Gorilla Brakes Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 14496588. The registered office is Gorilla Brakes, Alston House, White Cross Business Park, South Road, Lancaster, England, LA1 4XF. Our trading and correspondence address is Alston House, White Cross Industrial Estate, White Cross St, Lancaster, LA1 4XF, United Kingdom.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or legal issues make fulfilment impractical; any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded. Prices and charges are shown before checkout.
Product information and fitment
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Customers should check the exact brake or component model and follow the manufacturer's installation and torque instructions. Contact support@gorillabrakes.com before purchase if fitment is uncertain.
Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and estimates appear at checkout. Consumer risk passes on delivery, subject to applicable law. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Our voluntary 60-day return period runs from delivery and is additional to statutory rights. See our Returns Policy.
Lifetime commercial warranty
Every product bought directly from Gorilla Brakes is covered against manufacturing and material defects by our lifetime commercial warranty. Normal wear and the other stated exclusions apply. See Lifetime Warranty and Statutory Rights.
Website use and intellectual property
Website content belongs to Gorilla Brakes or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious code.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available under the law of their home country.
