Purpose-built to meet the demands of downhill, enduro, and eMTB riding, the Advocate is HEL Mountain Bike’s most capable, robust, highest-performing brake system to date.

For trail and XC bikes, HEL is currently developing the Raiser — an ultra-lightweight, 2-piston brake system specifically designed for riders who demand maximum 2-piston stopping power and a compact footprint, when every gram counts.

Yes. HEL brakes are designed, CNC-machined, assembled, and tested in Devon, England by HEL Performance. Development and validation are carried out in-house, from lab testing to real trail and race use.

The HEL Advocate brake system is purpose-built for downhill, enduro, bike park, and full-power e-MTB riding. It is designed for riders who prioritise consistent lever feel, control, and fade resistance on long and demanding descents.
