Gorilla Brakes Factory Racing Organic Pads use an ultra-soft, non-metallic organic racing compound bonded to a silver back plate. This compound delivers immediate braking response, refined modulation, and whisper-quiet operation with no bedding-in required.
These pads are mechanically compatible with e-MTB and gravity brake systems. However, due to the extremely soft racing compound, pad wear will be significantly faster than Enduro Pro, Sintered, or Semi-Metallic compounds — especially in wet, muddy, or abrasive conditions.

I'm using these on Shimano R8050 hydraulic brake calipers. An excellent replacement for the OEM pins. 3 mm hex works brilliantly (compared to the Shimano flat head that gets chewed up!) and the rainbow/oil slick colour is amazing

The standard ultegra brake pads were good, the new Gorilla pads are definitely an immediate upgrade. Still bedding in, been through a couple of really wet weeks and never felt like I didn't have brakes
