General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

Our brake pads comply with EU Regulation (EU) 2023/988. A product safety file, user instructions, and risk assessment are maintained in line with Article 9 of the regulation.

REACH Compliance

All Gorilla Brakes materials are compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH). No Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) are present above the regulatory thresholds.

CE Marking

Our brake pads do not require CE marking, as they are not classified as PPE, toys, or electronic devices.

Packaging & Waste

Our products are packaged in recyclable, minimal packaging. Where applicable, we participate in national packaging recovery and waste compliance schemes.

Taxes, IOSS & VAT

All product prices include VAT. For EU orders under €150, we use the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) system. This means no additional customs charges or import fees are applied at delivery.

Orders over €150 are handled through our local EU VAT registration in Poland.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Fulfilment: All EU orders are shipped from our Poland warehouse via fast tracked delivery (1–5 business days).

Returns: You may return any unused item within 30 days under your EU right of withdrawal. A return label will be provided on request.

Warranty: All Gorilla Brakes products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Nuestras pastillas de freno cumplen con el Reglamento (UE) 2023/988. Se mantiene un expediente de seguridad del producto, instrucciones de uso y una evaluación de riesgos de acuerdo con el artículo 9 del reglamento.

Cumplimiento REACH

Todos los materiales Gorilla Brakes cumplen con el Reglamento (CE) nº 1907/2006 (REACH). No hay sustancias extremadamente preocupantes (SVHC) presentes por encima de los umbrales regulatorios.

Marcado CE

Nuestras pastillas de freno no requieren el marcado CE, ya que no están clasificadas como EPI, juguetes o dispositivos electrónicos.

Embalaje & residuos

Nuestros productos se embalan en materiales reciclables y mínimos. Cuando corresponde, participamos en los sistemas nacionales de recuperación de envases y cumplimiento de residuos.

Impuestos, IOSS & IVA

Unsere Bremsbeläge entsprechen der Verordnung (EU) 2023/988. Eine Produktsicherheitsakte, Benutzeranleitungen und eine Risikobewertung werden gemäß Artikel 9 der Verordnung geführt.

REACH-Konformität

Alle Gorilla Brakes Materialien entsprechen der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 (REACH). Es sind keine besonders besorgniserregenden Stoffe (SVHC) oberhalb der gesetzlichen Grenzwerte enthalten.

CE-Kennzeichnung

Unsere Bremsbeläge benötigen keine CE-Kennzeichnung, da sie nicht als PSA, Spielzeug oder elektronische Geräte eingestuft sind.

Verpackung & Abfall

Unsere Produkte werden in recycelbaren, minimalistischen Verpackungen geliefert. Gegebenenfalls nehmen wir an nationalen Verpackungsrücknahme- und Abfallentsorgungssystemen teil.

Steuern, IOSS & MwSt.

Alle Produktpreise enthalten die Mehrwertsteuer. Für EU-Bestellungen unter 150 € nutzen wir das Import-One-Stop-Shop-System (IOSS). Das bedeutet, dass bei Lieferung keine zusätzlichen Zoll- oder Importgebühren anfallen.

Bestellungen über 150 € werden über unsere lokale EU-MwSt.-Registrierung in Polen abgewickelt.

Versand, Rückgabe & Garantie

Abwicklung: Alle EU-Bestellungen werden aus unserem Lager in Polen mit schneller, verfolgter Lieferung (1–5 Werktage) versandt.

Rückgaben: Sie können jedes unbenutzte Produkt innerhalb von 30 Tagen gemäß Ihrem EU-Widerrufsrecht zurücksenden. Ein Rücksendeetikett wird auf Anfrage bereitgestellt.

Onze remblokken voldoen aan Verordening (EU) 2023/988. Een productveiligheidsdossier, gebruiksaanwijzingen en een risicobeoordeling worden bijgehouden overeenkomstig artikel 9 van de verordening.

REACH-naleving

Alle Gorilla Brakes-materialen voldoen aan Verordening (EG) nr. 1907/2006 (REACH). Er zijn geen Zeer Zorgwekkende Stoffen (SVHC’s) aanwezig boven de wettelijke drempels.

CE-markering

Onze remblokken hebben geen CE-markering nodig, aangezien ze niet worden geclassificeerd als PBM, speelgoed of elektronische apparaten.

Verpakking & afval

Onze producten worden verpakt in recyclebare, minimale verpakkingen. Waar van toepassing nemen wij deel aan nationale verpakkings- en afvalbeheersystemen.

Belastingen, IOSS & BTW

Alle productprijzen zijn inclusief BTW. Voor EU-bestellingen onder €150 gebruiken wij het Import One Stop Shop (IOSS)-systeem. Dit betekent dat er bij levering geen extra douanekosten of invoerrechten van toepassing zijn.

Nos plaquettes de frein sont conformes au Règlement (UE) 2023/988. Un dossier de sécurité produit, des instructions d’utilisation et une évaluation des risques sont tenus conformément à l’article 9 du règlement.
