Questions about this product

What is supplied?

Two 20 ml TPX syringes; Two M4 connection assemblies; Adapter for the larger mineral-oil Bleeding Edge port; Type 6 DB8 and Type 7 Maven bleed blocks, 11 mm thick; Spare O-rings; Torx T10 wrench. Fluid not included.

Will it work with my brakes?

For compatible SRAM mineral-oil brakes, including DB8 and Maven. Match the caliper, the larger mineral-oil Edge adapter and the required block. Check the exact Motive service requirements before ordering; not for SRAM DOT systems.

Which brake fluid should I use?

Use only the fluid specification permitted by the brake maker. Never mix DOT and mineral oil or share contaminated service tools. Shimano standard and Low Viscosity oils are separate specifications.

What should I check before servicing?

Follow the exact brake and tool instructions. A bleed kit does not repair leaks, damaged parts or worn brake pads. If you are unsure about a procedure, have the brake serviced by a qualified mechanic.
