Why some curves stop earlier

Each test run stopped when the measured caliper temperature reached 120°C, the stopping threshold used to protect the piston seals in this test setup. The horizontal axis shows rotor temperature. Sintered’s shorter curve means the caliper reached the limit at a lower rotor temperature.

I love these pads and have the orange versions of these on my Hope, TRP and Maven brakes. They wear well and have fantastic stopping power with very little noise. Good in sun or slop. They need careful bedding in and I feel they don't really kick in from new until after a couple of runs and seem to prefer it when they have a bit of heat running through them. Overall a quality pad and on par with other top end pads.

Strong brakes but they quickly overheat and creak

Hi Mateusz, really appreciate the feedback 👊
Sintered pads are designed to handle high heat, so if they’re overheating quickly and creaking it usually points to something in the setup rather than the pad itself.
Creaking / noise is nearly always vibration, not the pad material common causes we see in the workshop are:
• Contamination on the rotor
• Uneven piston movement
• Slight caliper misalignment
• Old fluid or a small amount of air in the system
If everything’s dialled, sintered should stay consistent even under heavy use.

The Brake pads them selves are brilliant! I think something that would help when refreshing the pads would be a new pin and clip with each set of pads also some gorilla stickers included with the pads would be ace!

All of our pads are produced in small batches and batch coded for full traceability, so we focus heavily on compound consistency and braking feel but packaging and extras absolutely matter as well.
