Brake pad retaining pins are small parts, but they are important. A rusty, rounded, bent or seized retaining pin can make future pad changes difficult and may stop the pads sitting correctly inside the caliper. Put these on my Spyre rear disc. Absolutely delighted! Transformed the rear braking, progressive, no grabbing. The rear cable is so long that in spite of putting an expensive no stretch cable on, braking was dismal before putting these on. Needless to say I'll put these on the front when the existing pads need replacing.
