These are SRAM Small pads for compatible two-piece calipers. Level TLM / Ultimate A1 monoblock calipers from 2017–2019 and mechanical-shift HydroR calipers use Small Asymmetric pads instead. Check caliper construction and pad shape, not the groupset name alone.

How do I check that these pads fit my brakes?

These seem to be good quality brakes. They're quiet and have plenty of pad material. My issue with them is that the spring doesn't fit well. I don't know if the pad material isn't centered on the backing, or the width of the spring 'arms' is too wide, but they protrude out past the backing on one side making it impossible to fit into the caliper.

It's an easy fix - I just used the original spring. I just don't think I should have to do that.

Delivered fast with a phone call back to me about the delivery time, great service. I miscalculated and have more titanium pins than I need! If I can't swap for pins suitable for another bike of mine, I won't be stressed, I'll have a spare! Not that I'll need them anytime soon!

These are really goooood. They bed in well and bring the bike to a stop like hitting a wall but without the associated pain. 10/10 would buy again.

Ordered pads a few months ago. Haven’t had Tim to fit them. There list says the pads fit sram rival apex. They don’t. It’s a totally different shape

This was a repeat purchase given how well I got on with the last lot. My only quibble is that the packs aren't marked up with which pads are inside. As I run both semi metallic as well as sintered this means I have to write which is which on the packs....a simple label would help with both identification as well as making reordering quicker too. Thanks.

Good stopping power but not happy with how much they squeak that didnt happen with the ceramic nano green ones I previously tried

Our Semi-Metallic pads are designed more for everyday riding, commuting and recreational use rather than outright performance. They have a maximum power output of around 1200–1300 watts, which is more than enough for this type of riding.

If you’re looking for higher braking performance, especially for harder riding, long descents or more demanding conditions, I’d recommend looking at our Factory Racing compounds or Enduro Pro compounds.

I’ve been using gorilla pads for a while now and they are great value.
